Where the Idea for Zoe Began
The idea for Zoe didn’t come from a boardroom — it came from experience.
In our early days, when Site Essence was still a small team, we handled every single customer query ourselves. Late nights were normal. We’d be fixing fibre connections during the day and answering billing questions at midnight. One evening, after juggling five support chats at once, it hit me — there has to be a better way.
That moment sparked the idea for an assistant who could work tirelessly, stay kind and consistent, and deliver instant help — all while keeping that personal, human feel. We wanted technology that could listen, understand, and connect, not just respond. Months of testing, training, and fine-tuning later, Zoe was born.

What’s even more amazing is that many customers now associate the name Zoe more strongly with Site Essence than our own slogan, “Your best in connectivity.” That’s how much trust she’s earned.
