Can I top up my capped LTE?
All our LTE products are uncapped – no top-ups.
What do I need to RICA?
You need the following electronic documents to successfully complete RICA verification and you will need to present these to the delivery agent at the time of delivery to take delivery of your LTE SIM card.
Documents required for RICA:
– Your ID documents
– Proof of address dated not older than 3 months
Proof of address documents include:
– Utility bills, cell phone accounts, store accounts
Important
– The ID document presented MUST BE in the same name as your Site Essence account details
– The proof of address MUST MATCH the installation address you have selected.
Important details to complete at sign-up?
When you sign up for LTE products, there are a couple of important things to complete fully. This will speed up the process.
– Your name: Sign up in your full name, as it appears on your ID document. This includes all of your names as they appear on your document.
– Your address: You will be asked to provide your installation address. This is the address where you will be using the LTE product.
What happens if I don’t RICA?
Should you not be able to present the required documents or be unsuccessful with your RICA verification, delivery will not take place and you may incur additional delivery fees.
What is LTE?
LTE is one of the newer types of connectivity and uses wireless networks and SIM card technology to connect you to the Internet.
It is quick and easy to install, doesn’t require any fixed line installation and is a great option for people who want flexibility and a quick set up. Once you’ve got an LTE router and activated your SIM card, you’re good to go.
Is there a contract?
No long and boring contracts. It is a month-to-month payment, and you can cancel at any time. 1 calendar month notice is required.
Are there once-off fees?
There is a once-off R250 fee.
Can I insert this in my phone?
Our LTE only works in a router.
What is pro-rata billing?
If you sign up for a new product halfway through a month, you’ll only be billed for the days in that month that your new product is active.
Is there a credit check?
No. There are no credit checks.
How do I pay monthly?
