How does the live chat work?

Our live chat feature, accessible via the floating chat button on the bottom right of your screen, allows you to chat with us in real-time.

Availability:

  • A human agent is available on live chat from 8 am to 9 pm every day.
  • Outside of these hours, our chatbot is available to assist you.
  • You can leave a message for a human agent to respond to as soon as possible.
