What is a support ticket?

A support ticket is an online request for assistance with a problem that has been submitted to customer service.

Support ticket response time?

We usually take a few minutes to respond to support tickets made between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. If you create a support ticket outside those hours, we will respond at 8 a.m. We are working on providing 24-hour support in the future. 

How to create a support ticket?

You can create a support ticket in your client area. Emailing us also creates a support ticket. 

What happens after creating a ticket?

You will receive an automated email acknowledging the support ticket.
