How do I change the password for my email accounts?

Please follow the easy steps below to change the password for an email account:

Step 1: Login to your account/client area.

Step 2: Click Products.

Step 3: Click Active which appears next to your domain name.

Step 4: Scroll down to find Email Accounts.

Step 5: Click manage and then select the option to type or generate a new password.

Note: if you had connected the email account to an external email app, you will have to re-enter the password on the app.
