Is there a fair usage policy?
Yes, there is a fair usage policy. You will see your FUP when you place an order.
What do I need to RICA?
You need the following electronic documents to successfully complete RICA verification and you will need to present these to the delivery agent at the time of delivery to take delivery of your LTE SIM card.
Documents required for RICA:
– Your ID documents
– Proof of address dated not older than 3 months
Proof of address documents include:
– Utility bills, cell phone accounts, store accounts
Important
– The ID document presented MUST BE in the same name as your Site Essence account details
– The proof of address MUST MATCH the installation address you have selected.
Important details to complete at sign-up?
When you sign up for LTE products, there are a couple of important things to complete fully. This will speed up the process.
– Your name: Sign up in your full name, as it appears on your ID document. This includes all of your names as they appear on your document.
– Your address: You will be asked to provide your installation address. This is the address where you will be using the LTE product.
What happens if I don’t RICA?
Should you not be able to present the required documents or be unsuccessful with your RICA verification, delivery will not take place and you may incur additional delivery fees.
What is LTE?
LTE is one of the newer types of connectivity and uses wireless networks and SIM card technology to connect you to the Internet.
It is quick and easy to install, doesn’t require any fixed line installation and is a great option for people who want flexibility and a quick set up. Once you’ve got an LTE router and activated your SIM card, you’re good to go.
Is there a contract?
No long and boring contracts, it is just month-to-month payments, and you can cancel at any time. 1 calendar month notice is required.
Can I order a router and LTE SIM at the same time?
Yes, they will be delivered together. Normally 3 – 5 days from your order date.
I already have a router, is it compatible?
Our Telkom LTE supports any 4G LTE-enabled/supported modem. MTN LTE works on approved routers.
Is there a free router?
You can get a free router on selected uncapped LTE packages. If you select a package with no free router, you can buy a router on checkout, or use your compatible router.
If you get a free-to-use router, you have to return the router if you cancel your LTE product.
What is pro-rata billing?
If you sign up for a new product halfway through a month, you’ll only be billed for the days in that month that your new product is active.
Do I need a router?
Yes, you need a compatible router. You can buy a router on Site Essence or select a package that offers a free router.
How do I pay monthly?

Yes, you don’t have to panic, we will offer support and guidance.
Does Site Essence offer support?
Site Essence offers excellent support to all clients. Support is available through email, phone, and WhatsApp.
What will happen if I miss my payment?
We will suspend your service until you make payment.
How long will I have to wait to receive my SIM card after I’ve ordered?
SIM card to be delivered within 3 – 5 business working days.
