How long will it take for my top-up to be loaded?
- We process top-ups between 8 am – 9 pm (Monday – Sunday):
- If you request a top-up after 9 p.m., it will be processed in the morning.
- We process the top-up manually, your top-up will not appear immediately after payment.
How many times can I top up?
There are no limits. You can top up at any time.
How do I pay when I top up?
Your recharge amount will be charged to the card linked to your Site Essence monthly subscription.
Is there a way to top up instantly?
No. At the moment, we load your top-up manually, but we are working on an automated system that will allow you to easily top up instantly.
