Yes — a .co.za domain is included free of charge with no renewal fees. If you prefer .com, .org, .net, or another extension, a domain registration and annual renewal fee applies. We’ll advise you on the best option for your business.

You get 65 email accounts using your own domain — for example, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and so on. These work on any device and can be accessed via webmail or configured in Outlook, Gmail, or any email client.

Your package includes 3GB of website storage — plenty for most business websites. If your needs grow, you can upgrade your storage at any time. Just contact our support team and we’ll sort it out quickly.

Most websites are ready within a few business days once we have all your content, branding (logo, colours) and any images you want to use. We’ll give you a clear timeline when you get in touch. Larger or more complex sites may take a bit longer — we’ll always be upfront about timelines.

Yes, absolutely. Once your website is live, our support team is available 7 days a week to help you with updates, changes, new pages, and additions. Just send us a message and we’ll take care of it.
