What is an extension? +
An extension gives each person or department their own line (e.g. 101 for Sales, 102 for Support) on the same business number. Callers can be routed to the right person automatically via the IVR.
Do I need special hardware or phones? +
No hardware required. Smart Voice works on your existing smartphones, computers, and tablets via our softphone app. If you prefer physical desk phones, those are also supported via SIP.
Can my team work remotely? +
