Is there a cost to join the Affiliate Programme? +
No — joining is completely free. There are no signup fees, monthly fees or hidden charges.
How are my earnings paid? +
Earnings are paid directly to the bank account of your choice. Once your available balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, you can request a withdrawal from your dashboard.
Why can’t I withdraw some of my earnings yet? +
Your referred customer must remain active for at least 30 days before the commission is released to your available balance. Commissions shown as “Pending” are still within this holding period.
What happens if my referral cancels? +
No commission is paid on cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders. For business referrals, your monthly commission stops if the customer cancels their service.
How many people can I refer? +
There’s no limit — you can refer as many people as you like. The more you refer, the more you earn.
Can I refer people in other provinces? +
Yes — Site Essence services customers across South Africa. Fibre availability depends on network coverage in their area, but LTE, hosting, email and VoIP are available nationwide.
