How much does the service cost?
Our VoIP service costs R30 per month, with a once-off R30 activation fee.
How does airtime work?
Airtime is prepaid — you only pay for what you use. There are currently no unlimited calling options.
Do I need a special phone or SIM card?
No, you don’t. You can download our mobile app to make and receive calls directly from your smartphone. No extra hardware or SIM card is required.
Can I use the service on more than one device?
No, your VoIP number can only be connected to one phone at a time.
What features are included?
Our VoIP service is designed to be simple and reliable, offering basic calling and receiving functions without advanced or complex features. For advancd features, check our PBX phone solution here.
How can I pay?
You can pay via EFT, debit order, or card payment — whichever is most convenient for you.
Is there a contract?
No contracts! It’s a month-to-month service with only a 1-month cancellation notice required.
What documents are required to sign up?
You’ll need to submit a valid ID and proof of address for RICA verification.
How do I get support?
