Is installation free? +
Yes. Installation, activation and your WiFi router are completely free. You don’t pay a cent to get connected.
Does the price include line rental? +
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay — it includes both data and line rental. No hidden extras on your first invoice.
Is there a contract? +
No. Month-to-month only. Cancel any time with one calendar month’s notice. No penalties.
Can I pay with 1Voucher at Shoprite or a spaza shop? +
Yes. Buy a 1Voucher PIN at Shoprite, PEP, Ackermans or any spaza shop with a Flash machine — the same way you buy airtime. Enter the PIN in your account to pay your bill.
Can I upgrade my speed? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade before the last day of the month. No penalties for changing your speed tier.
How long does installation take? +
Installation typically takes up to 7 days. Once your line is live we activate your account within 24 hours.
I already have fibre — can I switch? +
