Telkom LTE Package Changes Effective 1 September

Dear Site Essence Customer,
We would like to inform you that Telkom has made changes to its LTE product range, and these changes will come into effect from 1 September.
We sincerely apologise for the short notice and appreciate your understanding as these changes are implemented by the network provider.
New Telkom Uncapped LTE Packages
The following uncapped packages will be available from 1 September:

| Starter | R369 pm | Speeds reduced to 512 Kbps after 150GB |
| Plus | R489 pm | Speeds reduced to 512 Kbps after 300GB |
| Advanced | R589 pm | Speeds reduced to 1 Mbps after 450GB |
| Max | R689 pm | Speeds reduced to 2 Mbps after 600GB (Free LTE Router included) |
| Max+ | R989 pm | Speeds reduced to 2 Mbps after 1000GB (1TB) (Free LTE Router included) |
How these packages work:
- Your internet is uncapped, meaning you can continue using the service even after reaching the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) threshold.
- Once you reach your package's FUP, your connection will not stop, but your speed will be reduced to the level indicated above for the remainder of the month.
- Speeds also depend on your LTE router, network coverage, and available network capacity.
