Will I experience downtime during migration?+
We do everything possible to minimise disruption. In most cases the transition is seamless. Our team will give you a clear timeline before anything happens so there are no surprises.
Do I have to cancel my current ISP myself?+
No — we handle communication with your current ISP on your behalf as part of the migration process. You just need to open a ticket and we take care of the rest.
Can I keep my existing fibre line?+
In most cases yes. If you already have a fibre line installed, we can migrate your service onto that infrastructure without a new installation. Our team will confirm this when they contact you.
Are there any switching fees?+
No switching fees from our side. Your current ISP may have early termination fees if you are in a contract — we can advise you on this when we speak.
How long does the migration take?+
It depends on your current ISP and service type. LTE migrations can happen within days. Fibre migrations typically take 5–14 business days depending on the network provider and area.
What services can I switch?+
Fibre, LTE, web hosting, business email, domains and VoIP — all can be migrated to Site Essence. You can switch one service or all of them at your own pace.
