Why am I not receiving Site Essence notice emails?

You have an option to enable or disable email notifications you receive:

  • Account emails
  • Invoice emails
  • Support emails
  • Product emails
  • Domain emails
  • Affiliate emails

If you are not receiving emails, please check if you have enabled options to receive emails. To check, log in to your Site Essence account and then go to Account Details to find your email preferences.
