Can I reactivate my website or emails after months?

Before April 2024, websites and emails were suspended due to non-payment for 2 months and then permanently deleted.

After April 2024 (now), websites and emails suspended due to non-payment will be in our system for 3 months and then permanently deleted.

Important:

  1. Your domain may expire even if your website and/or emails are suspended.
  2. You will have to first pay your arrears to unsuspend the website and/or emails.
