Do I get to keep the router after I’ve cancelled?

Your router has been issued to you as “free to use” and remains the property of Site Essence. In the event that you choose to no longer use our service, you are required to return it to us. If you do not return the router within 10 days, an amount for the router will be charged to your account and the router will become yours.  

Upon cancellation, you will receive communication from our Deliveries team (deliveries@siteessence.co.za or 0877 298 200) to set up an arrangement with our courier partner to pick up the router from your door - you will be charged a one-time R199 courier fee. Should you wish to use your own courier or drop it at our office, please make arrangements with our Deliveries team.

The router needs to be in working condition and all components (cables and manual) should be included in the original packaging. In the event that you are unable to return the router within the designated time provided, or the router is deemed to be damaged/incomplete, you will be charged the retail value of the router as and when your plan is cancelled.
