How to make a payment plan through Zoe?

You can make a payment plan by calling us on 0877 298 200 or by creating a ticket via email at accounts@siteessence.co.za.

However, you can now request a payment plan with Zoe through our live chat, Facebook, Instagram, X, or WhatsApp (0877 298 200). Simply send a greeting and then select “Payment Plan” from the options provided by Zoe.
