How to update my debit order details?
Updating your debit order details is quick and takes a minute or less. Simply log into your account at siteessence.co.za and click Payment Methods on the menu.
You can then update your banking details and submit the mandate. After submission, the status will change to “Pending”, and later to “Active” (if the banking details are valid) or “Rejected” (with reasons, for example: the bank account does not exist, it does not belong to you, or it does not accept debit orders).
If the mandate is rejected, you will need to submit the correct or alternative banking details. The debit order will continue using the old account details until valid details are provided through the new mandate.
