Can I cancel my LTE?

Yes. You can cancel your LTE service at any time. However, LTE cancellations require one full calendar month's notice, so your service will not be cancelled immediately.

Example

If you submit your cancellation during August, your LTE service will remain active until 30 September and will then be cancelled.

• To cancel your LTE service:
• Log in to your Site Essence account.
• Click Services.
• Select your LTE product.

At the top of the page, swipe left to find the Cancel option.

Follow the instructions to submit your cancellation.

Once your cancellation has been submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation by SMS and email.

Important: We only accept LTE cancellations submitted through your Site Essence account. Cancellations requested via WhatsApp, email, live chat, social media, or any other communication method are not accepted.
