Billing and Payments for VoIP

1. How do I pay for Site Essence VoIP?

Billing is by debit order only. You can choose to be debited on the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, or 25th. 

2. When are my monthly minutes loaded?

Your included monthly calling allowance is allocated when your normal monthly service payment is processed.

Your selected billing date determines when your monthly service payment is processed and your monthly allowance is applied. 

3. What is the once-off setup fee?

There is a R100 once-off setup fee in addition to your monthly package price. 

4. Why is my first invoice sometimes lower than my normal monthly price?

Your first invoice can be lower because the first billing period may be prorated.

This means you're charged only for the portion of the billing period during which you're receiving the service. Your normal recurring amount applies from the next full billing period.

5. Is Site Essence VoIP a contract?

No. The service is month-to-month, with no fixed-term contract. A 1-month calendar notice for cancellations is required.
