1. Is RICA required?

Yes.

RICA verification is required for South African voice numbers. You'll need to provide the required identification and proof-of-address documents. 

2. What documents do I need for RICA?

You'll need:

• Proof of identity/ID or passport
• Proof of address

These are submitted as part of the online signup process.

3. Can my number be activated before RICA is completed?

Your number setup is subject to the required RICA verification and information being completed.
