1. What are my SIP login details?

Your SIP login details are the credentials you use to connect your Site Essence VoIP number to your VoIP app or compatible device.

These details are provided when your VoIP service is activated.

2. What if I forget my SIP password?

You can change your SIP password from your VoIP settings where the password-change option is available.

After changing your password, you'll need to update the password on your connected app or device.

3. What happens if I change my SIP password?

Your old password will no longer work.

You'll need to update your connected VoIP app or device with the new password before you can use the service again.
